    ABSTRACT

    Nowadays, almost all engineering positions from software engineers to site reliability engineers one way or another deal with auto-scaling applications. To this end, modern software engineering disciplines employ orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. This is our new article published in Advances in Engineering Software. We proposed a set of key factors exploited in the PrEstoCloud software system for auto-scaling microservice-native cloud-based computationally-intensive applications.
