ABSTRACT
Quality of Experience of WebRTC-based video streaming based on using Kurento Media Server and MONROE platform is discussed in this paper. The MONROE platform is the first open access hardware-based platform for independent, multihomed, large-scale experimentation in commercial mobile broadband heterogeneous environments. The main objective of the research presented in this paper was to estimate Quality of Experience based on measured Quality of Service characteristics. A system architecture, software extension to MONROE platform, data analysis approach, and obtained results are presented and discussed in the paper.
